OTC Market Movers: April 16, 2012

On The Upside:

Shares of Linc Energy, Ltd. (OTCQX: LNCGY.PK) shot up over 24% after the company announced it has signed a commercial terms deed with Golden Concord Holdings, Limited to form a joint venture to commercialize underground coal gasification to gas to liquids in China.

The warrants of PRIMUS Telecommunication Group, Inc. (OTCQB: PMUPW.PK) were up 15.68% to $2.14 after the company announced it has entered an agreement to sell its Australian operations for approximately $200 million.

Car Charging Group (OTCQB: CCGI.OB) announced that it is expanded its electric vehicle car charging to 13 Walgreens locations in Orlando and Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida.  Shares were up better than 12% on the news to $1.85.



On The Downside:

After releasing a report on the generation and drill testing of new exploration target at the Joaquin Silver Project in Santa Cruz, Argentina, s shares of Mirasol Resources, Ltd. (OTCPink: MRZLF.PK) fell nearly 8% to $2.62.  The project is a joint venture with Coeur d’Alene Mines (NYSE: CDE).
