OTC Market Movers: April 10, 2012

On The Upside:

Shares of Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (OTCQB: CSWI.OB) were up over 24% to $1.03 after Barron Partners, a holder of the CSWI preferred stock, encouraged the board of directors of CSWI to accept a $1.00 per share offer from Constellation Software, Inc. (OTC Grey Market: CNSWF.PK)

The stock of Orko Silver Corp. (OTCPink: OKOFF.PK) shot up 23.36% to $1.32 after the company announced it will hold a conference call tomorrow to answer shareholder questions and provide a management update on the company and its La Preciosa project.

Umpqua Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: UMPQ) announced that it will acquire American Prospective Bank (OTCQB: APBA.OB) for $10.00 per share in cash sending shares of APBA up 10.67% to $9.85

On The Downside:

Shares of Gasfrac Energy Services, Inc. (OTCPink: GSFVF.PK) sank nearly 22% after the company announced that it anticipates that revenues and profit before income taxes for first quarter of 2012 will be lower than the fourth quarter of 2011.

Horizon Lines, Inc. (OTCQB: HRZL.PK) announced it has completed a debt restructuring with 99% of its noteholders under a transaction that converts part of its debt to stock and warrants equivalent to 83.5% of the company’s common stock on a fully converted basis.  The stock fell 20% to $3.80.
