Shares of Orgenesis, Inc. (OTCQB: ORGS.OB) soared 117.39% to $1.50 after the company announced a definitive agreement to develop and commercialize the autologous insulin producing cells regeneration technology of Tel Hashomer – Medical Research, Infrastructure and Services Ltd.

Roomlinx, Inc. (OTCQB: RMLX.OB) announced that it has signed a master agreement with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) to install its integrated hotel technologies.  The announcement sent shares nearly 39% higher to $4.25.

The stock of Omnitek Engineering Corporation (OTCQB: OMTK.OB) popped 10.38% as investors expect the company to benefit from low natural gas prices.



On The Downside:

Shares of Guyana Goldfields, Inc. (OTCPink: GUYFF.PK) hit a new 52-week low after dropping 7.29% to $4.52.  The stock hit an intraday low of $4.50.

SEMAFO, Inc (OTCPink: SEMFF.PK) continues to be weak ahead of tomorrows expected earnings announcement.  The stock was down 4.19% to $5.78.
